As well as being totally involved in our music teaching and associated activities, we also can offer tuition in Calligraphy, which is the Art of Beautiful Writing - through our email courses and local group tuition.
As a further addition we also offer (Tuesdays only) the Australia-wide, well-known, “AussieHost” Customer Service Training course. This is a certificate course for people who deal with customers - and everyone does. We focus mostly on ATTITUDE in the workplace and Communication Skills.
Customer Service is an art that seems to have been forgotten in all the hype of today’s busy world, but “AussieHost” puts everything into perspective and helps you to make the most important person in your business - the customer - feel as though they are appreciated. This is a ONE-DAY course (9 to 5) and is on offer through us in South Australia.
